For the job of Experienced Company Secretariat Professional (on contract) on a Fixed Tenure Basis for POWERGRID’s subsidiaries/SPV companies, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) accepts online applications from professional candidates with experience in company secretariat (Advt. No. CC/13/2024). The last day for online application registration is January 16, 2025.

# Qualification Requirements:

One (1) Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Associate Member.
(2) At least one year of post-qualification experience working in the company secretariat of any listed or unlisted business (training or internships do not count as experience).

The process of selection:

Only those who have been shortlisted will be contacted for a personal interview.

# Application Cost:

1. 400/- for candidates in the general or OBC categories.
For candidates in the SC, ST, PwBD, and ex-SM categories, there is no charge.
It is recommended that the fee be paid online using a credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, net banking, or another method.

29 years as of the application deadline. Age relaxation: three years for OBC (NCL), five years for SC/ST, and in accordance with PwBD guidelines from the Indian government.

Pay Scale (Monthly Salary):

Initial starting salary of ₹ 30,000 + IDA + HRA + Perks at 35% of base pay, followed by monthly compensation in the pay band of ₹ 30,000 – 3% – 1,20,000
